I’ve been working in the movement and fitness industry since 2007, helping people feel stronger, move better, and stay active through all stages of life. With a background in functional fitness, Pilates, hypopressives, and somatic movement, I focus on building strength and stability that supports everyday life—not just the gym.

My passion lies in helping others experience the freedom and confidence that comes from moving well. Whether it’s through improving posture, restoring core function, or increasing mobility, I believe movement should empower you to live life fully and independently.
